Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Instaroom may issue a refund, how refunds are returned, and the usual processing times for each payment method.

1. When You Get a Refund

You may receive a refund in the following cases:

  • You paid, but the booking was not completed or confirmed.
  • A payment failed or money was deducted without creating a booking.
  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • There is a verified service issue related to the booking or payment.

2. When You Don't Get a Refund

A refund will not usually be issued in the following cases:

  • The booking was completed successfully with no service issue.
  • You entered incorrect booking or payment details.
  • There is misuse, abuse, or fraud involving the platform.

3. How Refunds Are Sent

Approved refunds are sent back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Refund Time

  • InstaPay: Refunds are usually completed within 2 business days.
  • Paymob (cards and wallets): If the payment is reversed within the first hour after purchase, it may be processed as a void and the full amount will be returned.
  • Paymob after the first hour: The transaction may be processed as a refund and can take 7 to 14 business days. In some cases, the returned amount may be less than the original payment amount.

5. Review and Final Decision

All refund requests and payment issues are reviewed based on our system records, payment records, and booking status. Instaroom reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund cases.
